What is Cardiomyopathies Matter?
Cardiomyopathies Matter is a multi-stakeholder initiative funded by Bristol Myers Squibb that aims to raise awareness of cardiomyopathies among policy-makers and to ensure these health conditions are given the policy attention they warrant both at national and EU levels.
Specifically, the initiative provides a platform for stakeholders to collaborate to:
inform policymakers about cardiomyopathies and their impact on individuals, societies and healthcare systems
identify key challenges and unmet needs
offer policy recommendations to improve patient outcomes, for example by supporting early diagnosis, access to optimal care, and innovation.
